Any breach of the club rules may result in disciplinary action by the committee
All visitors are expected to abide by the club rules
Club members will not enter property without obtaining permission from the landowner first.
Vehicle wash keys are the property of the Club. A refund is available when key is returned
Club stickers must be removed from the vehicle if it is sold or club membership ceases
Only Club members vehicles are permitted on trips unless permission is granted by the trip leader
All vehicles participating in club trips must be in a safe and roadworthy condition and should be registered and have a current WOF and must have a minimum of 3rd party insurance
Pets must not be taken without the prior consent of the landowner and the trip leader.
No firearms are permitted on club trips
Reckless driving on club trips is not permitted
Alcoholic beverages can only be consumed at the conclusion of the days trip
Courtesy is always to be shown to other track users
All rubbish must be taken home
Vehicles should not deviate from the track without permission and care should be shown for the environment
If you require to leave a trip before its conclusion, you must notify the trip leader at the commencement of the trip. Permission to leave during such trip is to be at the discretion of the trip leader and if granted, a contact person or phone number may be required
Convoys
Every convoy is to have an appointed trip leader and tail end Charlie
The trip leader is responsible for obtaining permission to enter private property and leaving that property
The trip leader must carry the club first aid kit and appoint a scribe to write the trip report for the day
The trip leader stops at the gate and waits for the occupants of the vehicle immediately behind to open the gate. The vehicle immediately behind remains at the gate to shut it once the convoy has passed through. That vehicle then takes up a position at the rear of the convoy in front of tail end Charlie
Every effort should always be made to keep up with the convoy
Each driver must at all times keep track of the following vehicle, this being particularly at forks or junctions in the track. If the vehicle behind does fall from view, stop or go back and investigate
If a driver required a convoy to stop, the headlights should be turned on to signal the driver in front and so on, or to be called through on CB radio
Vehicles
The trip leader holds discretion to refuse trucks to attend trips that are ill equipped
Vehicles must be fitted with suitable tow hooks or eyes at the front and rear. Under no circumstances is a tow ball to be used for “snatch” or “stretch” towing

Warm and waterproof clothing
Soft top vehicles must be fitted with a roll cage
Details of vehicles encountered on tracks should be recorded to guard against possible repercussions
All vehicles must be fitted with suitable tyres for the expected conditions, Vehicles fitted with unsuitable tyres may be turned away unless chains are carried
